All YKD jewelry is handmade to order and therefore we like to give a 2 to 3 week shipping window.  If you have a time sensitive request please contact us and we will be happy to work with your needs.  We currently do not handle international orders online. Please contact us directly if you would like to place a time sensitive order.

If you are looking for a distinctive gift or an appreciative token for a client, YKD jewelry provides an exciting and unique solution.  Colors shown on the Internet are approximations and can vary from the actual object. Sizes indicated are close approximations, but can vary slightly depending on the nature of the components.

payment and security:

YKD accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card payment by phone and Paypal payments with an on-line purchase. We do not accept email credit card orders.

shipping and handling:

All jewelry is shipped insured via UPS unless otherwise specified.   

We currently do not handle interntional shipments and do not ship to PO boxes.

returns exchanges and refunds

Your satisfaction is our top priority.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return item(s) within 14 days for an exchange or a refund.  For gift returns, refunds will be applied to the purchaser's account.  Returns and exchanges may also be arranged by e-mail at:    customerservice@yasminkuhndesign.com.

To return item(s), for exchange or refund please follow the steps below:

                1. Indicate whether you are requesting a refund, replacement or exchange.

                2. Place the item(s) in the original packaging, with proper padding, in the condition in which it was received.

                3. Include your return address, e-mail address, phone number and specify the reason for the return.

We suggest that you insure all shipments.  Postage is the responsibility of the returnee.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

repairs:

Repair services for damaged and worn jewelry are provided upon request.  Include your return address, e-mail address, phone number, and a detailed description of the repairs to be made.  We will contact you with an estimate of cost and time needed to return your piece to you as quickly as possible.

privacy and security:

yasminkuhndesign.com exercises care and implements security measures to protect your personal information.  Because we use Paypal we do not have access to any credit card information.
