1. procedures: We must have a copy of your tax resale certificate or have your resale number on file.
Orders may be emailed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We prefer and encourage email orders.
If you prefer to phone in your order, please have all information prepared and available before calling.
Please PLAN AHEAD for holiday orders.
2. minimum orders: Orders under $250.00 are subject to a $20.00 service fee.
3. payment options: There are three methods of paying:
1. By Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card.
2. By Company Check or Money Order: Orders will ship after authentication of customer’s Company or Cashier’s Check, or Money Order.
3. By Net 30: You must be approved for net 30 terms. Please contact us via telephone or email.
4. NB: returned checks: There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks. Account holders of returned checks are put on Credit Card terms. Unpaid returned checks or net 30 balances that go unpaid will be turned over for collection. All collection costs are the express responsibility of the delinquent account holder. Past due accounts will be charged 1.5% interest per month. Chronically late accounts will revert to Credit Card basis.
5. shipping and handling: Via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. All orders are shipped insured. Special rush orders are shipped overnight, subject to availability, with an added surcharge of 20%.
6. refused orders: Customer is charged full shipping costs for all refused or unclaimed COD shipments that UPS returns to Yasmin Kuhn Design. For reshipped packages customer pays for all additional shipping charges. If merchandise is no longer wanted customer is responsible for all original shipping charges plus a restocking fee equivalent to 15% of the value of the merchandise. Future orders will be put on a credit card or prepayment basis. Refused or cancelled orders that have been filled, but not yet shipped, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
7. back orders and special requests: In-stock orders are sent upon receipt of payment. Special Requests require 6-8 weeks.
8. returns, exchanges and damage:
• Returns and / or exchanges must be made within 12 days of receipt of purchase. Item(s) must be in good condition.
Please pack item(s) carefully. Postage is the responsibility of returnee.
• Please report damaged goods within 10 days of receipt for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Include the RA# in a note explaining the specific problem. Packages without a valid Return Authorization number will not be accepted.
9. prices: Prices shown on the website are suggested retail and are subject to change without notice. For wholesale (to the trade only) please contact us. Errors and omissions are subject to correction without notice.
10. construction: All jewelry is handmade and therefore each piece will be unique with slight differences. Colors shown on the Internet are approximations and can vary from the actual object. Sizes indicated are close approximations, but can vary slightly depending on the nature of the components.
11. environment: We make every attempt to reuse and recycle and encourage you to do the same. If you are receiving duplicate catalogs or would like to be removed from our mailing list, please let us know.
